Because it's either this or sitting like that. The choice is pretty obvious. [via wordpress] |
So why haven't I blogged in a while, do you ask? Well, this is literally the busiest I think I've ever been. I've been pretty busy before, but holy cow it's never been this nuts. I'll elaborate.
I'm taking 18 credits this semester. Okay, so do many. Sorry, I forgot to add a word in there. I'm taking 18 science credits this semester. Organic chemistry, physics II, applied physics lab, environmental science and technology, environmental health and medicine, and a credit of research. For those of you who read that and don't understand, let me put this in perspective for you. Each week, I'm doing solid science for 28 hours. That's just in classes and lab. On top of that, every teacher assigns about 2 hours of homework a night. For one class, I have to write a textbook.
I already finished the cover. [via amazon] |
I'm just complaining. I have a really great life, it just gets stressful. Aside from the crazy amount of work I have going on, life is pretty grand.
The RA job is going well, let's just say that I'm loved by all. Loving that. It's put me back into the baking scene, because I cook for my residents all the time. I haven't taken pictures, but I'll get back to doing that (I'm convinced everyone reads this to look at pictures of food). I've made rainbow cupcakes for them (classic), made smoothies, and plan on baking some cookies later this week. I'd like to think that I'm really popular amongst everyone.

I like it a lot though, it's a pretty good fit for me. Aside from that, there hasn't been much going on in my life. Just baking, studying, writing textbooks, being called Mom by my floor, baking again, and eating cheese.
But since January, we all experienced an extra day! Leap Day! How did you all spend your leap day? Well, I did nothing out of the usual and it was pretty boring. I know people like to make a big dealio out of the whole thing. Wasn't there a movie entirely about Leap Day?
Found you! [via universalstudiosentertiainment] |
Oh wait, I lied. I made graphs. There we go. I graphed accelerations. So happy belated leap day, everyone.
I'll be going to Canada soon, Toronto to be specific. That'll be it's own post, so look out for that soon.
Until then, happy midterms. Keep a level head and I'll chat with you all later.
Here's a picture of Gary to make you happy. |
